Nursery Practitioner

My name is Amber and I work in the baby room. I am a level 3 qualified nursery practitioner. I have been with Monkey Puzzle Marleigh since October 2022. I’ve worked with ages from 3 months to 5 years.

During this time I’ve learnt so many skills which I implement in my everyday practice. Such as the importance of a stimulating environment, daily makaton signs, creating safe and secure attachments with the children.

I have always had a passion for working with children. I love to help and support each child grow and develop. It is such a rewarding experience.

I love to work with each family and to support them through the nursery experience. I like to learn about each child’s individual interests and create a safe, stimulating environment for their child. By doing this, I enjoy watching each child develop through their journey and their individual achievements.

I enjoy creating baking experiences for the children and the dance parties!
