How To Find Monkey Puzzle Marleigh
Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Marleigh, is proudly located in the heart of Cambridge in the CB5 postal sector. The nursery is in Jubilee Square, just off Marleigh Avenue and behind the Newmarket Road Park & Ride. As well as the park and ride being a short walk away, the A1303 and A14 are just a quick drive away too. This makes us well located for serving families in the city of Cambridge.
Opening times: 7:30am to 6:30pm
Monday to Friday for 51 weeks per year, (closed for the week between
Christmas and New Year)

Last week, the children explored the topic of space. 🌎
The children engaged in lots of shiny sensory play, created their own rockets using recycling from the junk modelling box, painted their own planets, learnt facts about planets, did some space movement games where they moon walked and jumped in the air like rockets, made earth coloured play dough and explored galaxy gloop. 🌟🛰

🥰🌷Kindness Cards - Wellbeing Week🌷🥰
To begin our topic of 'wellbeing and kindness', the children in preschool created 'kindness cards' for people special to them. The children talked about kind things that people do and their experiences of kindness. ❤️
The children each chose someone to create a card for and explained why they think this person is kind. For example, some children expressed sentiments like, 'my mummy is kind because she cuddles me' and 'my daddy is kind because he plays Baby Shark with me.' 🌷

🚀Space Week 🚀
This week, the children have been studying the topic of 'space'. The baby room made their own space den to explore including planets, sensory objects, mirrors, sparkly lights and images for reference. 👽🌍
The babies learnt new words such as 'space' and 'earth' and said 'wowwww' when they saw their space den to explore. We will be continuing with our space topic this week. 🛰️
