For the past two weeks, the children have been delving into the subject of ‘polar regions.’
They have painted with ice cubes, smashed ice to create iceberg models, engaged in snow painting, pretended it was snowing with shredded paper, salt painting and interacted with the polar bear posting box to feed the hungry polar bear.
Additionally, they have enjoyed some winter-themed free painting, studied polar animals—including their diets and methods of staying warm—and explored their own Arctic role-play trays!
