Last week, the children enjoyed an Easter celebration during a parent and carer event. We welcomed all our families to engage in various Easter-themed activities, including an Easter bonnet competition for parents.
The children and their families participated in a range of activities, such as filling and emptying small eggs, pretending to shop for vegetables (and tasting them) at our farm shop, decorating wooden eggs and flowers, using tweezers to find chicks hidden in shredded paper as a way to practise fine motor skills, finger painting Easter eggs, and creating festive headbands.
The children took home a little Easter goody bag with some colouring to do over the weekend.
